• Arthur seat hike - 500 pounds being sponsored by JetBrains (Kaiwen), meet at 12 pm - 4 pm, going to teviot after that (Dhyey)
• Inf welcome event (18th sep 11 am - 2 pm) helpers - Kanish all hrs
• Board games - budget 30 pounds (Dhyey), ask alex abt the venue (Aarav)
• No evp events during ww need to book it for sem
• Iretemi needs all the venues for events for graphic designs for the posters

Open Day

• Undergraduate Open Day — Sat 26 Sept, Informatics Forum, shifts TBC
• Email SOI for more details regarding Undergrad Open Day - Kaiwen

STMUs

• September STMU speaker — Elliot Fosong, VP of Research at Recuvria, talk on Metrana (ML experiment observability platform)
• Sep STMU (budget for pizzas - 500 pounds), all sigs seen at once together at the start (Pauk suggestion), 1-2 slides per sig w approx 3 mins per sig (needs to be decided) - Luc
• Other stmus - new food plans other than pizza and also suggestions invited for making stmus diff and fun. Kaiwen needs to contact IMC
• Htb sponsors concluding next week mid (Archie and Luc)

Platform & Governance

• Compsoc events platform - needs to start working (Danyil)
• Conflicts of interest need to look after all that amended and finalized by egm - Aarav

InfBall

• Infball volunteer hunting not much as of now (Kay and Kameran)

Winter Event

• Winter event planning name? - TBD, Date - 28th nov, Location - Murrayfield stadium, 140 ppl only (25 per person and 20 for committee for the tickets as per Dhyey), Pics of the venue to be sent - Ivan

Mixr

• Mixr - one qr code for whole compsoc, using this to incentivise sigs to use it to book pubs, discord announcement for explaining the whole process to compsoc in 2 business days - Dhyey
