• More engagement needed from year reps, executive committee to allocate weekly work to them. For now, they need to make announcements for HTB, STMU.

• Insta ads been working really well, trial for 1.5m views
• Daily/weekly access for announcements, keep it to committee and sig presidents only as done in past by Vincent
• Metaview sponsoring us agentic ai screening, £5k
• Accenture interested in HTB for next year, inform the next committee
• Adahack Workshop Sigs interested include SIGINT CTF, GDS, EVP
• Portal for HTB - GreatUniHack Manchester, WHack Warwick, HTB Edinburgh, portable screen, Izzy to contact Warwick press
• Team challenge for AdaHack - 4 ppl/team, come up w challenge - Aarav and Aryan, prizes for winners - 4 prizes, £150-200, connect w Tracey and Skye
