- Hard deadline for when the candidates will be in so that Emily has enough time to fill in all candidates
- There needs to be 30 mins to add in the names on the day of the EGM
- Last year's mishap: name read wrong, make it more obvious on the UI

Lecture announcements for the latest EGM + STMU
- IP lecture - Monday, 4:00-6:00pm (Fiona McNeill)
- CAFI lecture - Tuesday, 1:00-2:00pm and Wednesday, 9:00-10:00am (Heather Ayorston, Bruce Worton)

Assign who has to do what for the blocks that require changes, to drop TechSec workload - Aarav

Three roles: SIG execs can work on their own SIGs events only, committee members can do everything
Features:
- Dynamic forms - defaults were prepared by the last committee
- Histogram and similar features are already a part of it
- Accept/reject people for coming to an event.
- Weekly events can be shared with ease
- Future prospect: PWA / mobile
Roadmap: what has been done, how it works, features it has and should have (what Danyil wants)
Danyil will work on one specific thing in December and is willing to hand it to someone who can work on it
